IFPL has developed a new version of it's highly successful Long Life™ jack.

Reliable and robust audio jacks are a must if you want to ensure passenger satisfaction.  Without audio, IFE systems are rendered useless. Up to 40% of audio failures are due to damage in or around the plug. This usually occurs when the passenger stands up with the headset still attached, causing the plug to be ripped out from the jack, often leaving a broken tip behind.

Over ten years ago IFPL provided a solution by designing and building a robust antisnagging audio jack – now successfully improving IFE systems across the globe.
